What You Need to Set Up IPTV
Three things, and you're ready to go on any device.
Your login details
Sent to your WhatsApp after activation: username, password and server URL (or an M3U link for some apps). Keep them private.
A stable connection
15 Mbps for Full HD, 25 Mbps or more for 4K. An Ethernet cable or 5 GHz Wi-Fi gives the smoothest picture.

Message Support on WhatsAppChannels are buffering or freezing
Restart your router and device first. Then switch to an Ethernet cable or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, close other apps that are streaming or downloading, and run a speed test (15 Mbps+ for FHD, 25 Mbps+ for 4K). Our buffering guide has more tweaks.
The TV guide (EPG) isn't showing
The first EPG load can take a few minutes. In your app's settings, choose "Update EPG" or "Refresh", then restart the app. Check that your device's date, time and time zone are set correctly.
The app says my login is invalid
Re-enter your username, password and server URL exactly as sent, as they're case-sensitive. Copy them from WhatsApp rather than typing if you can, and make sure there are no spaces at the end.
I can't install the app on my Firestick
Enable Developer Options and allow the Downloader app to install unknown apps. Our Firestick guide shows exactly where these settings are.
The picture isn't in 4K
4K needs a 4K-capable TV and device, a 4K channel or title, and 25 Mbps or more. Check your device's display settings are set to 4K and use an Ethernet connection where possible.
Sound and picture are out of sync
Switch channels and back, or restart the app. Many players such as TiviMate and IPTV Smarters also have an audio delay setting in the player options. Try switching the decoder between hardware and software.
