Nursery Initiative   12/04/2018

Buffers Alley GAA and Camogie clubs are launching a Nursery Initiative starting on Saturday April 14th at 10am. at their club grounds in Monamolin. This is another strand of coaching and will work in tandem with our AirconMech club school link and Hurling365 programmes which are proving to be very successful in both of our local schools - Kilmuckridge Primary School and Court National School, Monamolin.

This latest initiative is aimed at 4-6-year olds with a focus on developing movement skills - agility, balance, co- ordination, running and jumping skills.

Fundamental movement and basic motor skills provide the basis for all further development, and with that in mind, we aim to provide movement activities centered around fun and games.

Buffers Alley plan to introduce the boys and girls to hurling and football as the time progresses and teach them the basic skills, but the main objective for the moment is to have fun.

Training initially will be held in our indoor arena, but we will progress outside on the pitches during the summer months.  We have excellent facilities in the club to cater for all weather situations.

All welcome in the indoor arena on Saturday,

14th For further information, contact Seamus Kavanagh (Coaching Officer) on 086 8511036.
