Cúl Camp 2017

A record number of 163 boys and girls partipated in the Cúl Camp held in Buffers Alley last week and had a great time. This year the club won the Cúl Camp Prize.   Eoin Morrissey (Games Development Manager Wexford GAA Coaching) presented David Hughes (Chairman); Seamus Kavanagh (Club Coaching Officer) and Michael Farrell (Club School Link Co-Ordinator) with the prize (bumper bag of training equipment which will be of immense value in getting our new club school link up and running in September).   Appreciation to all the twelve coaches involved with our camp this year. 


Noel O'Brien Tournament

The club is planning to host the annual Noel O'Brien U10 hurling Tournament on Saturday 12th August (TBC). More details to follow.


Fixtures

This week the club has a busy fixtures schedule with our Junior A hurlers travelling to Killurin on Friday night next 21st to play the local team Glynn-Barntown. Our minor hurles, joined with Monageer-Boolavogue play Hollow Rangers in Monageer tomorrow night Wed. 19th at 7.30.  The U14 hurlers have a home game on Thurs. 20th v the Faythe Harriers. 


All Ireland Q/F

Good luck to our players, Andrew Kenny, Oliver O'Leary and the Wexford senior hulers on Sunday next 23rd July v Waterford in Páirc Uí Chaoimh.
