Buffers Alley and Upton Court Hotel celebrate 21 year Partnership.

Buffers Alley GAA Club and the Upton Court Hotel Kilmuckridge, part of the Séan Doyle Group, celebrated the 21st year of sponsorship on Saturday night, with the presentation of a new set of jerseys to the club. The Séan Doyle Group has been the main club sponsor of Buffers Alley GAA Club since 1996.

Speaking at the presentation night, Seán Doyle said, "we are very proud of the fact that we have been the club sponsor since 1996 and to mark the 21^st anniversary of the sponsorship, we are delighted to hand over a new set of Jerseys from our re-branded Upton Court Hotel & Holiday Cottages. We would like to wish the club every success in the coming season and for years to follow". He also added, that as a local business, they "would also like to take the opportunity to thank the club for their continued support over the years".

The presentation night, which was held in the Upton Court Hotel, was attended by club players, officials and members with Chairman, David Hughes echoing the thoughts of many when he thanked the Seán Doyle Group for their continued support to the club. "As a club we are delighted to have agreed a further 3 year term of sponsorship, which is of huge benefit to our club. We are very grateful to Séan and Katherina Doyle, the team here at the Upton Court, and all in the Séan Doyle Group for their ongoing support to the club. Buffers Alley are delighted to have been able to secure this support locally, from a business that is providing jobs and opportunities in the local community".

Club Treasurer Áine O'Meara, added her thanks also, "The Seán Doyle Group have been loyal and generous supporters to our club, both in terms of the agreement we are acknowledging here tonight, as main club Sponsor for 21 years and to many other initiatives and fundraisers which we host. The underage section of the club has also been grateful recipients of their generosity and we thank them for that".
